Reference Number 0000258213 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/01 02:00:00 PM EDT JSCM Co, acting as the Construction Manager on behalf of Sherwood Park Manor and is inviting Bidders to submit technical submissions to pre-qualify to bid on the Concrete package for the Sherwood Park Manor Long Term Care Project. The project is located at 1814 County Road #2, Brockville, ON. This is a two park tender submission. The technical submission is due Tuesday November 7. The financial submission is due November 14 for those firms that meet the technical requirements. Bidders will be advised within two business days of the technical submission closing if their technical submission meets the requirements.The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the Construction Manager based on a JSCM Stipulated Price Subcontract. This concrete package includes for all formwork, concrete finishing, concrete supply and reinforcing steel. Bidders are expected to bid as a combined package. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
