New construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Brockville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 74,000-square-foot, four-story above grade, 96-bed elderly care / assisted living facility.
Reference Number 0000258781 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/13 12:00:00 AM EST JSCM Co, acting as the Construction Manager on behalf of Sherwood Park Manor and is inviting Bidders to submit technical submissions to pre-qualify to bid on the Mechanical and Electrical package for the Sherwood Park Manor Long Term Care Project. The project is located at 1814 County Road #2, Brockville, ON. This is a two part tender submission. The technical submission for each package is due Thursday November 16. The financial submission is due November 23 for those firms that meet the technical requirements. Bidders will be advised within two business days if their technical submission meets the requirements.The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the Construction Manager based on a JSCM Stipulated Price Subcontract. The Mechanical package is for all scope in Divisions 15. Bidders are expected to bid as a combined package. The Electrical package is for all scope in Divisions 16. Bidders are expected to bid as a combined package. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
