Reference Number 0000333437 Job 80 River Street, Woonsocket, RI 02895 The City of Woonsocket is seeking qualified developers for redeveloping 80 River Street, Woonsocket Rhode Island, consisting of 2 lots totaling 16,948 square feet. The Property has scenic and panoramic views of the Blackstone River in both the northern and southern directions, and within the City's thriving Downtown. The selected Developer will first enter into a Developer and/or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the City. City staff will work with the Developer to plan the project, complete its due diligence, and develop a final design. The parties will enter into an to purchase the City's site(s) and construct a project which could comprise residential, commercial, retail office and public space. The Developer shall include access for a proposed public boat dock.
