The bid award will be made on or before Friday, February 21, 2025. The Town of Orleans invites sealed bids for the replacement of the Town Hall fire alarm system, located at 19 School Road, Orleans, Massachusetts. The project includes demolition, equipment replacement, installation of fire alarm control panels, and device programming. Bidders are required to inspect the existing conditions prior to submitting a bid. Failure to inspect will result in automatic rejection. A 50% payment bond is required for awards exceeding $25,000. The Town Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids as deemed in the Town's best interest.
