Renovation of a municipal facility in Manhasset Hills, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Design services for Phase 2 of this project were completed and were focused on historical structural repairs as required for building foundation and associated framing, historical restoration of exterior envelope including but not limited to siding, windows, trim, shutters, doors, gutters, leaders, etc. Historical restoration of exterior features including but not limited to stoops, porticos, and associated hardscaping. Limited landscaping improvements around perimeter of building. As of November 8, 2023, this project is included in the Town of North Hempstead's FY 2023 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Information regarding a design team and the contractor selection has not been disclosed. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
