There are workstations for laboratory teams and devices for carrying out various tests on concrete, paving and their components. The layout of this premises dates back several years and its redevelopment is necessary to facilitate the running of the laboratories and to bring it up to date. The main objectives of the project are to improve the flow of activities in the classroom area of the laboratory and to make it attractive for students. Here is a list of interventions that are planned at the moment: Paint work; Repair of floor finish (painting on concrete floor); Replacement of furniture (built-in furniture); Improvement of the evacuation system for ovens; Addition of electrical services; Redevelopment of the hand washing station; Remove certain equipment that is no longer required (hood and others). And any other work indicated in the plans and specifications. *Award is subject to final approval.
