Reference number : 1772183 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-11-06 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No The City of Sherbrooke wishes to obtain bids in the form of an offer of services with prices presented separately for professional services for the evaluation of the condition of paved roadways of the arterial and local network on the territory of the City of Sherbrooke as well as the evaluation of the condition of sidewalks and pedestrian crossings and cycle paths during the year 2024. All following the conditions and terms described in this call for tenders document. Bids will be evaluated following a two-stage weighting and evaluation system based on a quality/price ratio more fully described in Chapter 3 of this section. In summary, the first step is the qualitative evaluation and the second the price evaluation for bids having received at least a score of 70/100 for the qualitative evaluation, also called "interim score". Two envelopes, including one containing the price offer, must therefore be used by bidders.
