Reference Number 0000333393 With the issuance of this Request for Proposals, the National Western Center Authority, with the support of the City and County of Denver, is soliciting a development team to develop the Equestrian Center and Hotel Project on the approximately 18 acres of remaining land of Phases 1 and 2 of the new 250-acre multi-purpose National Western Center Campus. The development of the Project generally consists of: a. designing, constructing, and, together with the Authority, financing the Equestrian Center and Parking Garage; b. designing, constructing, financing, operating, and maintaining the Hotel; c. activating the NWC Campus, including: i. a plan for adaptive reuse of the Armour Building; and ii. programming of adjoining Campus Facilities in Phases 1 and 2 of the Master Plan for events; and d. undertaking related work on the Site, including the Site Improvements.
