Communication made with parties outside of Procurement may result in your solicitation response being disqualified Liquidated Damage. If the Contractor fails to complete the Work listed as Substantial Completion and Final Completion in a timely manner, according to the Contract (allowing for any approved extensions of time), the Contractor shall pay Liquidated Damages for each calendar day that the Work remains incomplete. Liquidated Damages Bidder acknowledges and accepts, if the project is not substantially and fully completed by the date in the contract, liquidated damages shall begin as defined in the Specifications.
