Site work, renovation and addition to a swimming pool in Laval, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Major renovations to the sports centre of the Laval Youth Centre. The scope of the project includes the complete refurbishment of the sports centre swimming pool, bowling alley and service rooms spread over two levels (basement and ground floor). The exterior work will include renovations to the facades, windows and roofing and interior work will include upgrades to the building floors and walls, plumbing and electricity systems, improvement of the building security standards. TIMELINE: Project funding was not approved by provincial authorities and the tender for the general contractor issued by the project owner with reference information 2023-0477-AO/1772652 was cancelled. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
