Dickson Buyer Phone#: 803-786-4261 Buyer Email: bthomas@wkdickson.com Scope of Work: The work to be completed consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for full depth pavement patching and surface milling and overlay improvements for: Group 5: Carriage Lane, Grande Lawn Lane, Carrigan Court, Maggie Way, Fernbank Lane; Group 6: Cabrillo Drive, Kentwood Drive, Highlander Court, Woodmore Circle; Group 7: Flint Lock Cove, Rice Hope Cove, Prince Alston Cove, Rutledge Manor Drive. Construction Schedule: The OWNER intends to issue the Notice of Award within 30 days of the bid opening, and the Notice to Proceed on or about February 1, 2024. The allowable construction schedule for the project is 60 calendar days. Bidders must deposit security with all bids. Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner, and shall be for an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Provisions of the security shall be as described in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw the bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening and thereof.
