Site work for a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Scope of Work The Department of Adult Correction invites experienced design firms to submit qualifications to provide design and construction administration services for the infrastructure and the installation of stun/lethal fencing inside the perimeter fence at Central Prison as well as design and construction administration for the infrastructure and the installation of stun fencing at 4 other correctional institutions (Piedmont CI, Eastern CI, Franklin CI, and Southern CI). These projects involve modifications to the existing perimeter fences, electrical system modifications, installation of the stun or stun/lethal fence components, and software to monitor the fencing. Full Design services (including Surveying) are required and will include all submittal requirements for the State Construction Office for all submittal phases, Cost Estimates updated at each phase with each SCO submittal, with Technical Specifications in Masterspec 2006, bidding services, construction administration services, record drawings in AutoCAD and project closeout as defined by the State Construction Manual (Twelfth Ed.) dated March of 2019.
