RFP Engineering - Multiple Award Task Order Contract (Matoc) for Professional Engineering Services There Are Numerous Capital Improvement Projects and Other Projects That Have Been Identified by the District, Which Are Scheduled to Be Completed Within the Next Five Years. The District is Seeking Qualified Engineering Consultants to Provide on-call Professional Engineering Services Through a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (Matoc). This Request for Proposals (Rfp) Will Provide an Opportunity for Consultants to Work With the District. It is Anticipated That Up to Five (5) Consultants Will Be Awarded a Matoc to Provide Non-exclusive on-call Professional Engineering Services on a Task Order Basis to Help Implement These Various Projects and Tasks. Consultants Must Be Properly Registered/licensed/certified to Practice in California as a Professional Engineer (Pe), Be in Good Standing With the State of California and Possess the Necessary Expertise to Complete the Assigned Task Order to the Satisfaction of the District. The term of the MATOC will be five (5) years. The Not to Exceed amount for the sum total of all MATOCs awarded shall be $5,000,000.
