The City of Vista (City or Agency) is soliciting proposals from qualified design-build entities for the 986 Vista Village Drive Renovation for Vista Sheriff Substation Project- CIP 8351 (Project). The selected design-build team (DB) will provide the City with project management, design, permitting, construction management, and construction services for the Project. This Request for Proposals (RFP) includes a description of the Project, scope of services, proposal requirements, criteria for selection and other relevant information. Phase I - Design and Permits Complete (Estimated) May 2, 2024 Phase II - Construction Complete (Estimated) October 28, 2024 Deadline for Questions October 24, 2023 at 4:00 PM Obtain a Faithful Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each covering 100% of the total cost stated in the approved final GMP. The City also reserves the right to reject the proposal of any proposer whom the City finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to be non-responsible. The City may also reject the proposal of any proposer if the City believes it would not be in the best interest of the project to make an award to that proposer.
