The Housing Authority of the City of Decatur, GA will be receiving requests for qualifications for "Construction Advisor and Inspection Services for a one (1) year contract period with four (4) 1-year optional renewals. The deadline to submit questions for this RFP will be Friday, October 26th, 2023 Answers to all questions will be posted on the DHA website no later than Monday, October 30th , 2023, by 3:00 p.m. Evaluations of the proposals will take place between, Monday, November 13th thru Friday, November 17th , 2023 Interviews, if necessary, will take place between Monday, November 20th , 2023, thru Friday, November 24th , 2023 The selected contractor will be awarded on Friday, December 15, 2023 The Housing Authority of the City of Decatur, GA, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities or informalities. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of the proposal without the consent of the Housing Authority. The Firms submitting proposals or being considered for this project shall be licensed to perform such work by the State of GA in which the work is to be performed and shall submit evidence of such license before his/her proposal may be opened or considered. THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, GEORGIA Bid Event Description: All proposals submitted by mail will be collected at the above-mentioned mailing address at 8:30 a.m., local time, on the day mentioned above and held unopened at the office of the Housing Authority until 3:00 p.m. At that time, they will be opened with those that have been hand-delivered. Faxed Proposals are not acceptable. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
