As of October 22, 2025, this project has been cancelled. The City of Palos Heights is accepting bids from experienced and qualified contractors for the 2023 Public Sidewalk and Signal Improvements. Scope of Work: Installation of a new sidewalk from the intersection of Rte. 83 along Ridgeland Ave. to the existing Cal Sag Trail. The work will include the construction of new pedestrian signal heads, combination concrete curb and gutter, directionally bored conduit, concrete sidewalk, and restoration of disturbed areas. Bid Bond: 5%
