Request for Proposals Qualified Environmental Professional (Qep) Services for Brownfields Program the City of Methuen Hereby Solicits Proposals From Responsive, Responsible and Qualified Individuals or Firms to Provide Technical Support Services for Environmental Site Assessment and Planning at Eligible Brownfield Properties Identified as Reuse/redevelopment Priorities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Successful Proposals and Resulting Contract Must Comply With All Applicable Local, State, and Federal Laws and Regulations Including the Terms and Conditions of the U.s. Epa Brownfields Program Grant Funding Award to the City. The Competitive Procurement and Award of This Contract Will Be Under the Provisions of M.g.l., Chapter 30b.
