The City of Methuen's Water Treatment Plant, a division of the Department of Public Works is seeking bids from qualified vendors for Sludge Collector Sprockets & Chain Replacement (supply only). No Bid will be considered which is not accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to the "City of Methuen". This bid deposit will become the property of the City if the successful bidder fails to execute the contract. The City of Methuen reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding if it is deeded to be in the best interest for the City to do so. Methuen WTP will be available Monday Friday 7 am to 3 pm for job site review. Please e-mail Tom Lannan to make an appointment tjlannan@ci.methuen.ma.us No Bid may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days, after the opening of bids.
