The City of Methuen's Park and Recreation, a division of the Department of Public Works is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the installation of LED lighting at Francis Morse Park and Veterans Memorial Park. No Bid will be considered which is not accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to the "City of Methuen". This bid deposit will become the property of the City if the successful bidder fails to execute the contract. The successful contractor must submit a payment bond by a company licensed to do business in the State of Massachusetts in an amount equal to 100% of the estimated value of the contract. Question Deadline 02/07/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions concerning this invitation to Bid must be submitted by email to Purchasing@methuen.gov. Written responses will be posted on Methuen.gov/purchasing will be posted on February 9, 2024 by 12:00 PM.
