Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Methuen, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Questions regarding the General Bid must be received by 5:00 p.m. local time on March 20, 2024 to be answered. City of Methuen, MA (Owner) invites Bidders to submit sealed Bids for Burnham Road Pump Station Rehabilitation, which includes replacement of wastewater pumping equipment and updates to mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and control systems. The nearby Raw Water Pump Station will also receive a new buried electrical feed and connection to a new standby generator that will be installed at the Burnham Road Sewage Pump Station; and all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work. The Work shall be substantially complete within 450 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time and completed and ready for final payment 510 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time. Replacement of wastewater pumping equipment, new standby generator, & updates to mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and control systems, & bypass pumping.
