Renovation of a power facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
OWNER assumes no obligation to disclose information discussed at the pre-bid conference to Bidders who do not attend. Absent Bidders assume all risk of failure to attend. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, upgrading the transformers and generators at City & County Building and at the Citys Central Plant locations, due to existing equipment's age and compatibility with the planned upcoming Rocky Mountain Power upgrades. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
