Reference Number 0000258270 Bid Intent Deadline 2023/11/03 04:00:00 PM CDT The Municipality is requesting quotes for the supply and crushing of traffic gravel and 2 inch material. The gravel supply must be within a 100 km radius of Austin, Manitoba. The Municipality of North Norfolk is Requesting Prices for a One Year Contract for the Supply and Crushing of a Minimum of 25,000 Yards of Traffic Gravel and Approximately 3000 Yards of 2 Inch Material as Per the Attached Specifications (Schedule "a"). Please Provide a Total Cost Per Cubic Yard of Crushed Gravel With All Fees and Taxes Broken Out. 2" Material Must Include a Minimum 35% Crush Count Traffic Gravel Shall Have a Liquid Limit Not Greater Than 50 and a Plasticity Index Not Less Than 3 Listing of Any Fees, Including Mining Fees and Transportation Taxes Must Be Itemized as Per the Rehabilitation Environmental Levy. Proposal Must Specify Equipment to Be Used, Including Year, Make & Model. a Current Gravel Sieve Analysis Should Be Included With Your Proposal. Please Provide One Quote to Include Transportation of Material and One Without. The Gravel Supply Must Be Within a 100 Km Radius of Austin, Manitoba. the Municipality Reserves the Right to Appoint a Gravel Checker and All Crushed Gravel Must Meet Quality Approval of the Municipality. Lowest or Any Proposal Not Necessarily Accepted. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
