The Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University (EIU) requests submission of qualifications from interested firms for facilities capital planning related services. EIU consists of 88 structures containing roughly 3.5 million gross square feet. The average building age of campus is 56 years old, with the oldest being Old Main administrative building at 124 years old. Three buildings are on the National Register of Historic Places. Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered: Submitted 1 copies of their qualifications. Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois. Pre-qualified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.
