The Facility Operations Services of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, has a requirement for qualified technicians to provide preventative maintenance and repair work on the Seresco dehumidifier systems at eight (8) locations. The Facility Operations Services Department of the City of Ottawa Requires Qualified Technicians to Provide Preventative Maintenance and Repair Work on the Seresco Dehumidifier Systems at the Following Locations: - Bob Macquarrie Complex, 1490 Youville Drive - Walter Baker Sports Center, 100 Malvern Dr Francois Dupuis Recreation Center, 2263 Portobello Boulevard - Kanata Leisure Center, 70 Aird Place - Dovercourt Recreation Center, 411 Dovercourt Ave - Jack Purcell Community Center, 320 Jack Purcell Ln - Sawmill Creek Pool, 3380 D'aoust Avenue - Brewer Pool, 100 Brewer Way The Contractor Will Complete Quarterly Inspections at Each Site. Each Inspection Will Consist of 8 Hours in Which a Das Certified & Authorized Factory-trained Service Technician Will Review and Inspect the Seresco Unit in All Modes of Operation and Check the Operation of All Components Including but Not Limited to; Dampers, Valves, Blowers, Exhaust, and Electrical. As Well as Peripheral Equipment Including Condensers, Pumps and Controls. The Contractor Will Also Preform Annual Coil Cleaning and Grease Bearings When Required. The Technician Will Send a Report to the City Representative Within 48 Hours of the Inspection Being Completed. The Report Will Advise of Any Required Repairs and Include an Estimate.
