Renovation of a mixed-use development in Land O Lakes, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bleacher Seating System Replacement Project - River Ridge Middle / High School. The intent of this bid is to establish a contract between the School Board and one vendor for the purchase and installation of a bleacher seating system for the gymnasium at River Ridge Middle/High School. The objective is to replace the bleacher system and keep the building safe. Work to be performed under this contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to provide the replacement bleacher seating system. Questions regarding this bid are to be submitted on online (pascok12.ionwave.net) where answers can be posted electronically. The deadline for questions concerning this bid is November 1, 2023, at 2:30 PM (ET). The work will consist of the removal and disposal of the existing bleacher seating system and replacing it with a new bleacher seating system. Work performed MUST follow the following safety regulations. Safety shall always be a prime concern of the awarded vendor, whose responsibilities include but are not limited to: o Removal and disposal of existing bleacher seating system. o Install new bleacher seating system. o The awarded vendor: o MUST be a licensed contractor through the State of Florida. o MUST provide a physical and digital manual of new bleacher seating system. o MUST provide Professional Engineer signed and stamped drawings and submit to the District's Building Official, Charles Hammond. o Will be responsible for obtaining permits through the District's Construction Services Department. o Will be responsible for coordinating electrical inspections through the District's Construction Services Department. o Will be responsible for coordinating the final inspection with the District's Building Official, Charles Hammond. The District reserves the right to waive minor informalities in any proposal, to accept any proposal which they consider to be in the best public interest, and to reject any part of, or any and all proposals. Failure to read or comply with the terms and conditions in no way relieves vendor(s) from their liabilities arising hereunder. Solicitations cannot be withdrawn prior to Board approval without a valid written explanation from proposer and written consent of the Purchasing Director. The intent of this bid is to establish a contract between the School Board and one vendor for the purchase and installation of a bleacher seating system for the gymnasium at River Ridge Middle/High School.
