Relocate solar and antenna on roof 7. Install owner furnished safety restraint A. Project titled "Tank No. 3 Rehabilitation" entails: 1. Rehabilitating existing 500,000-gallon welded steel water tank, replace roof vent, replace target, and install new 30'' manway and cathodic protection system. 2. Disinfection of water tank upon completion of the Work and after the 11-month inspection. This shall be considered incidental to construction and no separate payment will be made. 1.02 CONTRACT A. The Work shall be performed under unit prices Bid items and reimbursable allowances. 1.03 SUMMARY BY REFERENCES A. Work of the Contract can be summarized by references to the Contract, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Specification Sections, Drawings, Addenda and Modifications to the Contract Documents issued subsequent to the initial printing of this Project Manual and including, but not necessarily limited to, printed material referenced by any of these. It is recognized that work of the Contract is also unavoidably affected or influenced by governing regulations, natural phenomena, including weather conditions, and other forces outside the Contract Documents. 1.04 CONTRACTOR USE OF THE PREMISES A. The immediate premises of work will be at the disposal of the Contractor during the construction period.
