Renovation of a mixed-use development in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**Per Addendum 4 the bid date has been extended from 11/15/23 to 11/30/23** A brief description of work in the project follows: Demolish existing unit ventilators, fans, piping, ceilings, lighting, in the Annex Building and AC unit and air handling unit in Media Center Building. Patch existing outside air louvers for old unit ventilators. Provide new unit ventilator units, fan coil units, ceilings, lighting, exhaust fans, roof mounted self-contained DX cooling fresh air units with energy recovery and associated air distribution throughout the Annex Building. Provide new chilled water and hot water piping and connect to existing mains in the Annex Boiler Room. Existing boiler and chiller plants with pumps are to remain will be used to provide chilled water and hot water to the new equipment.
