Wage Rates: Apply Engineer's Estimate: Greater Than $6m but Less Than $10m Mandatory Prequalification Required (Qualified Health Insurance Required) Each bidder must submit an electronic bid bond from an approved surety company using UDOT's Electronic Bid System (EBS); or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Utah Department of Transportation, showing evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved. UTDOT - I-80; MP 41 to MP 50 Preservation High Volume *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
