CM/GC: Deseret Peak Complex Phase 2 - Tooele County ("County") is requesting proposals from a qualified company to provide Construction Management and General Contract Services for Phase 2 of the Master Plan for the Deseret Peak Complex ("DPC"), located at 2930 UT-112, in Grantsville, UT 84029. Notes on Alternates: 6A - Alternate, upgrade to pavement 11C - Alternate, upgrade convention center 1C - Alternate, upgrade to pavement Pool Alternate - Cover the lap pool (fully enclosed metal building).
