Site work for a water / sewer project in Grantsville, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a new 2-million gallon concrete tank and site work including inlet/outlet piping, drain and overflow piping, vaults, headwall, backfill and grading. Alternatives for a cast-in-place, D110 and D115 tank options will be accepted. Bids will be received for single contract. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $3,868,207.60. The Project's Final Completion is expected to be completed by December 20, 2025. Questions are due in writing to Matt Laurendeau, Project Manager, at matt.l@jonesanddemille.com on or before end-of-day Friday, 01/17/2025 at 11:30 PM MT. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner may reject any or all bids submitted.
