The CITY is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified CONSULTANT'S to design a new Scenic Slopes Park, located along Mormon Trail. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Landscape Architect to transform a concept design into comprehensive final plans for a multi-phase community park. The scope of work will include phasing the project to prioritize grading and storm drainage planning in collaboration with a Civil Engineer to ensure proper design and functionality. Subsequent phases will incorporate detailed designs for parking areas, a pump track (designed by American Ramp Company), ball fields, playgrounds, restrooms, basketball courts, pavilions, maintenance building, concession area, and a walking trail.
