Reference Number 0000333663 Please find two Pre-Renovation Surveys for Asbestos containing materials for properties owned by the Broome County Land Bank Corporation (BCLBC) at 34 Andrews Avenue and 52 Beethoven Street in the City of Binghamton. The BCLBC is looking to enter into two contracts for the abatement and remediation of the asbestos at these two properties. Asbestos contractors should be aware that roofing will not be completed until the Spring of 2024. This work shall be coordinated and scheduled with the BCLBC, Architect, and approved General Contractor to ensure the new roofing or temporary protection can be installed by the General Contractor following the required asbestos abatement and visual inspection. Asbestos abatement shall be scheduled early enough in the week to allow the General Contractor to complete the new roof or temporary protection in the same week.
