Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 10/26/2023 10:00 AM (PDT) The City is seeking bids from a qualified and licensed registered land surveying team to provide topographic utility surveying services. There are six sewer main sites that require topographic surveying services. Attached are maps (Exhibit A) identifying the locations for the required surveying services. It is anticipated that the required work will cover thirty working days. The objective of this project is to provide horizontal and vertical control, field verification, utility research, utility potholing, and generation of topographic base mapping. All surface features and underground utilities within the project area shall be shown and identified on the base map. The consultant services are required to create the utility base maps. These maps will be used to generate construction drawings. This is for a professional services consultant. The consultant must be licensed and registered as a State of California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS). The selected consultant must have five (5) years of experience with utility pipeline topographic mapping and base map generation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
