Other Details o Contractor must have a valid C-39 license with the State of California. o Contractor must include at least three (3) recent project experiences related to roof repair and replacement (must submit with the bid proposal). o Be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of submitting bid. o The ability to obtain a business license with the City of Pomona prior to work beginning. o Failure to meet any of these qualifications and experience will automatically deemed non-responsive. Bidders must be listed on the city of Pomona's "prospective bidders list" on PlanetBids in order to participate in this bid. If bidders fail to register with PlanetBids prior to submitting a response, the city shall immediately reject any response you submit in reference to this solicitation. Per Section 2-971(2) of the Pomona City Code, any unauthorized contact by the Bidder during the bid process with an official or city employee, other than those shown on the bid, the Finance Director or Purchasing Manager, shall cause the Bidder to be immediately disqualified from participating in the bidding process.
