Renovation of a residential development in Whitehall, New York. Design plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
As of May 21, 2024, a design firm has been selected for the project. Bidding is estimated for November of 2024 and construction is estimated for February of 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Village of Whitehall is issuing a Request for Qualifications from engineering consultants/firms pursuant to the NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation procurement requirements found at 40 U.S.C. 1101 et seq. for Architectural/Engineering Services for NYS Revolving Fund Funded projects. The Village is required by the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation to provide disinfection of the effluent at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Village is utilizing a qualifications-based procurement procedure to evaluate professional service firms or individuals that are proposing to provide the engineering services required to prepare final designs and specifications including bidding and contract documents for the construction of a UV Disinfection system at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Contract term: 1 year with 1 year extension County(ies): All NYS counties Location: Riverside Drive, Whitehall, NY Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None
