Municipal Pool Mechanical Room Upgrades The City of Douglas is soliciting proposals for Douglas Municipal Water Park Mechanical Room Upgrades for the community of Douglas. Work to include removal and replacement of Boiler, Sand filter, Main circulation pump, Debris strainer, Chemical feed system and Miscellaneous associated piping. It is expected that work should begin within 30 days of selecting a applicant All responses to this RFQ must be received in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Response To RFQ, Douglas Municipal Water Park Mechanical Room Upgrades" Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Applicant shall have comprehensive general liability insurance coverage during the entire term of the contract, against claims arising out of bodily injury, death, damage to or destruction of the property of others, including loss of use thereof in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence and two million dollars ($2,000,000) in general aggregate. Responses to questions will be emailed to everyone who submitted questions or who notified the City they would like to receive responses.
