Demolition, site work and renovation of an educational facility in Douglas, Wyoming. Working plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of January 4, 2024, this project was out of budget. No definite date for rebid. The work includes, but is not limited to; selective demolition HVAC equipment and associated Electrical demolition. The new work consists of new AHU in multiple mechanical rooms, new VAV boxes and hydronic piping, associated electrical and minimal new door replacement. Completion Date: Aug. 7, 2025 The Owner reserves the privilege of rejecting any or all proposals, or waiving any irregularities or formalities in any proposal in the bidding.
