The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals from Contractors who can furnish labor, supervision, tools, materials, and necessary permits to provide HVAC services requested by the City. The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to: Preventative Maintenance and General Maintenance, Repairs, Consultation, Layout-Design services, on-call services, cooperation with other contractors, Specific manufacturer's products. The City of Bloomington operates 45 public buildings with HVAC equipment and utilizes an experienced HVAC contractor to perform service, diagnostics, repairs, consultation, and installation on a wide variety of mechanical equipment. Some of the work is scheduled preventive maintenance work at the Water Treatment Plant, while the rest will be on-call service. Building Automation Systems consist of Niagra 4 with Distech controllers at four (4) buildings, Honeywell at three (3) buildings, and Ascent Compass at one (1) building.
