The Monroe Public Schools (the District) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services to prepare a District-Wide Master Plan (the Plan) to serve as a tool in guiding the District in planning facility needs for the next ten years. The Plan will address District long-range and short-range goals and reflect the needs of the school community. The results of the Master Plan will be used to assist the Districts ranking of priorities and considerations in identifying future facility investments and improvements. Proposals submitted after this time will not be considered. Each proposer shall be responsible for all costs incurred in order to prepare and submit their response to this request for proposals. All submitted materials including any work product, instruments of service and other deliverables shall become the property of the District, and the proposers shall not claim any ownership interest in the same.
