Questions Due Date: Nov 3rd 2023, 12:00 PM CDT. University Housing is seeking qualified contractors to perform turn services following a predetermined schedule throughout the year. Any discussion of the RFP with a department staff member can result in Bidder disqualification. All questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Bonfire or the Buyer ONLY. 2. Scope of Work Unit information for housing, a complete scope of work for cleaning, a complete make-ready specifications document and measurements of the units for pricing are in Attachment A. Voluntary pre-bid meetings are welcome for this solicitation in order to answer questions and take bidders to on-campus housing sites. It is important to note that an award of this solicitation to be added to our maintenance pool of vendors does not automatically guarantee work, since some periods may not require work due to budget constraints and facility needs. 3. Minimum Mandatory Offer or Qualifications The supplier shall be in business for at least five (5) years with commercial experience. 4. Minimum Service Requirements The supplier shall provide point of contact name, email address, and phone number. 5. Offer or Response Format The supplier shall include the following items in the proposal: 5.1. All financial information related to the make ready/turn work requested- cost proposal form, financial questions included in proposer's general questionnaire. 5.2. An average hourly rate for non-turn related work and the agreement to bid on additional services outside the scope of turn. 5.3. Vendor specific information - company background, experience, years in business, capability, special licenses (if any), customer reference list, number of employees, willingness to follow background checks, etc. This RFP covers the service for three years.
