Hardened Structure Communications Center A new 1,755 sq ft hardened structure communications center for the Northwest Arkansas National Airport. Bidders Shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted. A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid. The Owner encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bid. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
