The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit competitive quotations for carpet and upholstery cleaning services for Student Residences and Apartment living and common spaces in housing facilities (HRL) and carpet cleaning for campus buildings (FOM) at Boise State University as noted in the scope of work documents. The Contractor and any technicians shall be properly licensed as per state and local requirements to perform the required work. Initial Term of the Contract shall be for a period of twelve (12) months. Bid proposals are to remain valid for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing date. Proposals submitted with a validity period of less than this will be found unresponsive and will not be considered. Questions Due Wednesday, 10/25/23 (5:00 PM MDT) The University reserves the right to accept any part of a bid, or reject all or any part of any bid received, without financial obligation, if the University determines it to be in the best interest of the University to do so.
