Question Submission Close Date 11/16/2023 5:00 PM MST This project includes the installation of a proposed multi-use sidewalk throughout the park, ACHD improvements to both Goddard Road and Fircrest Drive, electrical and water utilities, a new transit shelter with amenities, park shade structure, seat walls, garden planting, seeding, and shade tree installation. The scope of work for this contract includes: -Saw cutting, clearing, grubbing, demolition, and remove of existing concrete walk, asphalt paving, and curbing. - Site grading, earthwork, and drainage. - Utility installation, including, potable water, and electrical service. - Concrete sidewalk, curb, and asphalt repair. -Site furniture including benches, tables, receptacles, and bike racks. - Irrigation. -Landscape repair, seeding, and tree installation.
