The project is expected to be awarded on February 2024.** RECS RFQ CMR New Giants Ridge Recreation Center Construction Manager at Risk services for preconstruction and construction for a new Giants Ridge Recreation Center to be located at the Giant Ridge Recreation Area in Biwabik, Minnesota. This project involves the new construction of an approximate 12,000 sq ft indoor recreational center that will help support the overall recreational experiences at Giants Ridge in Biwabik, MN. The building will require a swimming pool, sports court, functional space, locker and change rooms, and outdoor sauna spaces. Funding includes the design work, site work and construction for a parking lot, landscaping and walking paths to the facility. The project is fully funded through the construction phase.
