Demolition and site work for a pre-engineered storage facility in Downers Grove, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Questions pertaining to the intent of the contract documents may be sent to the Illinois Tollway, attention 9240D.4921_Questions@docs.e-builder.net, to be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on November 21, 2023. The Illinois Tollway reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, or cancel the solicitation. A completed Questionnaire and a statement of current contractual obligations on forms supplied by the Illinois Tollway will be required from all bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the amount of five (5%) per cent of the total amount shown in the bid for the contract. The Bid Guaranty shall be in the form of an acceptable bid bond or a bank draft, certified check or cashier's check drawn on a solvent bank made payable to the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority. The work to be done under this contract shall be started on or about March 25, 2024. All work under this contract shall be completed by September 5, 2024. The location of the services to be performed for this contract is the Tri-State Tollway (I-94) at Grand Avenue Mile Post 8.4 in Lake County, Illinois. Project No. RR-23-4921
