Request for Qualifications the Village of Minooka is Requesting Statements Of Qualifications (Soq) From Idot-prequalified Engineering Firms for Phase I Construction Engineering Services for the Reconstruction of Mcevilly Road From a 2-lane Rural Cross Section to a 3-lane or 5-lane Urban Cross Section from Ridge Road to Bell Road. As of March 13, 2025, per owner, still in Phase 1. Hoping to begin construction in 2028. Engineer has been identified. This Project is Planned to Be Federally Funded, and Therefore, Consultant Selection Will Be in Accordance With the Qualification Based Selection (Qbs) Guidelines in the Brooks Act (40 Usc 11) and the Federal Highway Administration (Fhwa) Requirements for Procurement, Management, and Administration of Engineering and Design Related Services (23 Cfr 172). Consultant Interviews Will Not Be Conducted. Consultants Will Be Evaluated in the Following Areas: 1. Firm's Experience; 2. Team's Experience and Qualifications, Including Subconsultants; 3. Key Personnel Expertise/ Past Performance, Including Subconsultants; 4. Technical Approach to Project and 5. Local Presence.
