Renovation of a fire / police facility in Minooka, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Minooka Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any formalities or technicalities of a bid, or reject any non-responsive bid. The Minooka Fire Protection District is accepting sealed bids for equipment and installation of four (4) rooftop heating ventilation air conditioning units. Please provide pricing on the following: Replacement of four (4) Roof Top HVAC Units: Furnish and install the following: One (1) 8 1/2 - ton roof top unit, multi speed fan motor, 208-230 volt 3 phase, Curb adapter, Economizer and hail guards. Three (3) 5-ton single Compressor, multi speed fan motor, 208-230 volt 3 phase, Curb adapter, Economizer and hail guards. Check and verify that all VVT Dampers are operational. SCOPE OF WORK ALSO INCLUDES: Reconnect electrical wiring, gas line, and control wiring Four (4) New pro 8000 touch screen thermostats and 18-8 control wiring Condensate drain with new traps Crane Rental Haul away old equipment One (1) year parts and labor warranty Five (5) year manufactuRE .
