The extension of new PVC water main and PVC sanitary force main to the property approximately half of a mile south of US Route 6 on the west side of Brisbin Road. The improvements include the connections to existing sewer and water along Route 6 and Brisbin Road as well as the installation of new PVC water main and PVC force main to be utilized by the new development. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 120_ calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. 4.02 Bidder accepts the provisions of the Agreement as to liquidated damages. Bidder accepts that liquidated damages shall be assessed at $ 200.00_ per calendar day. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information shall be provided on the Bidding Documents Website (www.chamlin.com). 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders.
