Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Watertown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Fairgrounds Grandstand Split Face CMU Replacement Repair and Restoration Project includes the removal of all loose mortar, cracked mortar, caulk, rake, mortar repointing, replacing, repairing, and restoring Split Face CMU Block, cleaning, and sealing the Split Face CMU Block and as indicated in the Specifications including all necessary appurtenances and as directed by the City Engineer. The City Council reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of not less than five per centum (5%) of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided for in the Information for Bidders The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of not less than 100% of the total amount of the accepted bid and in such form and having as surety thereon such surety company or companies as are approved by the City Council. Insurance carrier must have principal office in New York State or be authorized to do business in New York State.
