Renovation of a stadium in Watertown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The project site is located AT 600 William T. Field Drive in Watertown, New York and consisting of the removal of the existing Boiler System and Domestic Water System and replaced with a New Boiler System and a New Domestic Water System and as further detailed in the Project Description of this bid. The successful contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications. The City Council reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of not less than five per centum (5%) of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided for in the Information for Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of not less than 100% of the total amount of the accepted bid and in such form and having as surety thereon such surety company or companies as are approved by the City Council. Insurance carrier must have principal office in New York State or be authorized to do business in New York State.
